If you've ever grilled salmon have eaten at home or in a fancy restaurant, you may have said: "This is the best grilled salmon I've ever had!"

Well, this may be true, but here's a recipe that I share with you that I know to improve your kitchen, and long to make your taste buds to grilled salmon for many times.

Years ago, preparing a friend of mine from Buenos Aires, Argentina, whom I met during my stay there a few years, the tastiest fishI have ever tasted. We focus on a barbecue carbon river fish cooked 22 pounds called "El Dorado". I happened to catch the fish on a fishing trip near the border with Paraguay. My wife and I invited a dozen guests for lunch and we enjoyed a feast in the afternoon.

I used the same recipe grilled salmon over the years with the same spectacular results.

Here is the recipe for you. I usually cook my salmon on my George Foreman grill, but you can certainly grateYour fish regularly carbon or gas grill. You just need to know from experience, when the fish is ready to be served, but I'll give you some advice. You can also cook the fish, if you're not handy with a grid.

Ingredients:

Featured Fish: fresh salmon (or any other fish of preference)

To use the spices: pepper, salt and garlic and herb Old Bay

Lemons: I like key lime (small green limes, and juicy) or regular lemons will be fine

Butter: TheBrand: "I can not believe it's not butter!"

Vegetables: zucchini, green, red and yellow peppers and white onions

Salad: lettuce, tomato, ripe avocado

Ideas dessert: chocolate cake, French Chiffon, Key Lime Pie, or succulent Haagen-Dazs Mango Ice Cream

Want fresh salmon in sheets of two or three pieces depending on the number of people that you buy for cooking. A seven-inch dish for two is broad, but for three or more in your party, ask the relevantrecommended pounds of salmon to the fish counter, you need to grill.

Preparation:

If you're ready to cook, take the fish from the refrigerator and put it in a bowl or dish large Corning Ware. The first thing is to put the fish in lemon juice. Press the button directly lime or lemon on the fish. Use at least three kicks for a salmon dish for four people.
